KB-1372 Browser refreshes continuously upon opening related action

Symptoms

When a user navigates to open a related action in Google Chrome, the browser first reads "Waiting..." before refreshing the page in an infinite loop.

Cause

This behavior is caused by the "New Identity Multi Login" Chrome Plugin.

Action

Because this issue is currently only linked to the "New Identity Multi Login" plugin, we recommend disabling "New Identity Multi Login" in Chrome or using a different Multi Login plugin to workaround this issue. A Chrome Plugin that has proven to not cause this issue is SessionBox.
