&lt;h2&gt;Symptoms&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the Appian Designer interface, when attempting to perform an action on items which are selected across multiple pages, the action only affects the selected items on the current page.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Cause&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is the intended behavior for the Appian Designer, such that the interface does not allow users to accidentally act on objects or applications that they cannot currently see.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;For example:&lt;/strong&gt; This prevents users from accidentally deleting objects they may have forgotten were selected on the next/previous page.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Action&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perform desired actions on objects/applications on a page by page basis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Affected Versions&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This article applies to Appian 7.8 and later.&lt;/p&gt;
