When the rule input for a recordId value is null fn!urlforrecord errors out with the following message:
fn!urlforrecord
Expression evaluation error in rule 'rule_name' at function fn!urlforrecord [line 2]: Error evaluating function fn!urlforrecord: null
This issue has been addressed via AN-86452 in Appian 17.1 Hotfix Package E.
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
