It is possible for users with support case access to sign in to the Appian Support site to create and manage cases as well as review existing survey tasks. There are two ways to access the Appian Support site from your mobile device.
A) Using the Appian mobile app and configuring it to use the Appian Support site
From the Appian Support Site you can view your cases, your accounts, open a new case and complete survey tasks.
Note: In order to navigate to your profile or other accounts you have set up on your Appian app, click on your profile icon.
B) Using the mobile browser
The Appian Community site as well as the Appian Support site are designed to be responsive and can be accessed from your mobile browser.
