&lt;p&gt;Integrated Windows authentication with a Microsoft SQL Server database is not supported in Appian Cloud.&amp;nbsp;It requires the party making the request to be running as a Windows account or to use an open source driver, neither of which&amp;nbsp;are supported in Appian Cloud.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To test connectivity to the Microsoft SQL Server database, you will need to enable username/password authentication (SQL Server authentication) on the database side and test connectivity with those credentials.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
