This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

If a user attempts to manually enter values into a barcode field on iOS, the entered values will disappear if the user switches to another field without pressing"Return" or "Done" on the keyboard.

Cause

This issue has been addressed via IOS-5920 in Appian 18.1 for iOS.

Action

Update the Appian application for iOS to the latest version.

Affected Versions

This article applies to all versions of the Appian iOS mobile application.
