KB-1520 User can't save into the fields of a dictionary list (Cannot index property 'OwnerId' into type List of Dictionary)

Symptoms

The user cannot save into the fields of a dictionary list. When trying to do so, the user gets the following error:

Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error: An error occurred while executing a save: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid index: Cannot index property 'OwnerId' into type List of Dictionary

Cause

This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-68868.

Action

Map all the dictionary fields to a new CDT, then map the list of dictionaries back to execute the save.
