&lt;p&gt;The following is an example of the error received when attempting to open the document with a reader application:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Symptoms&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When uploading a document to a web service using the HTTP File Upload Smart Service to upload a document to a web service, the document is corrupt or disabled from being opened by reader applications.&amp;nbsp; Example corrupt document&amp;nbsp;types are PDF or&amp;nbsp;DOCX files.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The following is an example of the error received when attempting to open the document with a reader application is below:&lt;/p&gt;
