Symptoms

When the Health Check run begins, it fails on the data collection step with an "Invalid Community credentials" error:

Alternatively, while trying to save the Health Check account credentials in the Admin Console, an invalid credentials error appears:

Cause

The password for your Health Check service account has expired. These passwords expire every 365 days and need to be reset.

Action

Follow the steps in KB-2277 to reset your Health Check service account credentials.

Admin Console Health Check
