KB-1579 Internalization configurations not visible in process modeler

Symptoms

After enabling a new language via the Internationalization settings in the Appian Admin Console, the additional language(s) do not appear in the General tab of Process Model Properties.

Cause

The process modeler cache must be reset in order for the configuration change to be propagated correctly.

Action

To reset the process modeler cache, perform the following:

Log out of Appian.
Log back in to Appian.

Affected Versions

This article applies to all versions of Appian.
