From community.appian.com, navigate to the Support Tab. Upon opening the Support Tab, the "Create/Manage Cases" button should appear to the right under "Contact Appian Support"
NOTE: If you do not see the "Create/Manage Cases" button, it is likely you are either (a) not logged in to Community or (b) not currently a registered Support Contact.
From community.appian.com, navigate to the Discussions Tab. Upon opening the Discussions Tab, a list of Discussion Categories should appear to the right of the screen.
Select the Category which is relevant to the question you would like to ask. Once you have selected a category, you will be redirected to the category page where you will have the option to "Ask a Question".

From community.appian.com, navigate to the Support Tab. Select "Shared Components" under the options for "Community Resources and Tools".
