i am installing Appian 7.3 with jboss EAP 6.1.0 Final server. i am wondering why i am not able to find the following location in server folder <JBOSS_HOME>/modules/com/mysql/jdbc/main/.
modules folder is present but inside that only system folder is present.

Additionally, ensure that there is no firewall blocking access to your MySQL and that the service has started.
Also, make sure that your database has been created in MySQL and the database name is provided in this property
<xa-datasource-property name="databaseName">YOURDATABASE</xa-datasource-property>

db is installed on my local machine as can be accessed without any issue.
yes schema name do exist in my db

Is module.xml defined?
Has the following property been added to standalone.xml:
<subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:datasources:1.0">
<datasources>
<drivers>
<driver module="com.mysql.jdbc" name="com.mysql.jdbc">

seems like i should try Appian_Configuration_Manager.
will it create all config skeleton by default?

Hi, Was the issue/ error stated by you in this post resolved ? If yes, could you please let me know what you did to resolve the same as I am also getting the same error when starting my jboss server.
