Export users from one environment and import them to another

Is there a simple way to export Appian users from one environment to another?

There is no direct way, but you could build a process that creates a CSV file containing all user data. A second process on the target system can consume this file and create all users. Also depends on whether you have to do this only once or repeatedly.
