The total number of sync rows with the web source is 136,614 but in the Record List there are only 82,874. After each sync with the web source the number of rows in list are different (80,000 - 90,000).What could be the reason?

may be issue with web api
After conducting further testing, I've discovered that the API we use may have an issue with pagination.
Please describe in detail what you want to achieve, what you do, and what you observe. Also, did you follow any of the recommendations?
I’m encountering the same problem and scenario. Is there any update?
Hi Sofia, has the issue been resolved?
ok, thanks
Ok it might be worth opening a support ticket - if your sync history is showing the correct number of rows, any queries should be able to return all the rows synced.
a!queryRecordType() shows the same row number as a list I don`t have an access to the tomcat log
So just to confirm, in your sync history grid you see 136k rows as synced; in the record list you see 80k-90k rows? What happens if you use a!queryRecordType() - do you see the total count matching the sync history grid or the record list?
Also do you see anything interesting in the tomcat stdout log while the sync occurs?
I don`t use default filter and row-level-security
