In the User Profile Record Type it uses a rule: a!userRecordFacets to expose a single "Status' facet. Is it possible to add additional facets? For example, being able to add alphabetical filters (A-D,E-H, etc) would allow a user to scan user profiles that otherwise they cannot do so at this time. As I am sure with many other companies we have 100's of employees in Appian but the record only shows the first 100. If I am not sure of the user's name there is no way for me to scan for any other resources.

@enoshe I guess the only alternative available to you as per my knowledge is, configuring each alphabet as a facet option which isn't a good option at all.
I will give some more attempts this weekend and will make a post. It would be good if Appian confirms or mention in the documentation that that it's not possible to use between operator.

@sikhivahans I tried that option too (which I know its not fair), by configuring each facet option for an alphabet but as expected the product owners didnt like it! :)
Anyways, thanks a lot for your efforts! Appreciate it!
