Did you add the CDT to the application under the tab "Records"? Impact analysis is only able to find the CDT if it is added there.

Himanshu, how did you create the CDT? Did you use the Appian CDT builder?
Take a look at forum.appian.com/.../Defining_a_Custom_Data_Type
This will help you in defining a CDT and you can see forum.appian.com/.../Create_Custom_Data_Types - this had details on defining relationships as well.
