Analyst credntial Exam cleared but didnt receive the certificate.

Hi Appian Community, 
 
 I have cleared my Appian Analyst Credentials certification on 30th August 2018 and i received an EMAIL from Appian confirming my completion successfully. However, i am not able to download my certificate from Dashboard and i see that the Analyst exam is enabled again. I suspect that this is a technical bug/issue. Please guide me on how to procure my certificate since i have completed the exam successfully. Also, if there is any one from Appian seeing this message, please email the PDF of Certificate to my email ID.

Hi, Can you check your A-score. A score will be increased by 30 points if your credential is updated in appian database. If it is, obtaining a certificate is easy, you can just email to the support team or directly download in your academy profile. But if its not in database, you need to contact technical team and see if they can solve your issue. Thanks Yeswanth.
