Appian - Case Management solution/framework

Question

Hi all, 
 Does Appian have built-in case management capabilities (or) is it more of a process design approach? 
 How is Appian providing/supporting Case Management features. 
 I see a couple of Case Management frameworks available in AppMarket which are targeted around specific entities. 
 Any inputs around it are greatly appreciated!!!

 Appian supports Case Management and as per your query, there are few apps in App Market (as you have mentioned) which generates a Case Management application however you will need to modify/customize it as per your need. 
 As per my understanding, even when a Case Management capabilities are OOTB in a product / tool, that will not meet your complete requirement, and hence you will need to perform some slight modifications to meet your requirement. Similarly Appian also allows us to customize your application as per your requirement.

 Yes. Process customization required as per the requirements. 
 How is Appian providing/supporting Case Management features? 
 Appian has An application containing the Appian Case Management Framework, complete with pre-built solution for typical use cases and many re-usable components. Its available in the Shared components. 
 The application was developed following Appian best practices and styling recommendations. It can be used not only as a starting point for a similarly required solution, but also as a learning and training tool. While it contains well developed and even complex app components, it is also meant to exemplify Appian design concepts while accelerating deployments and enablement.
