I'm trying to create PDF using create PDF smart service. But, I'm confused, what would be the input for the content field. Scenario: Contents of PDF should be same as the
existing SAIL form. The SAIL form contains grid, card layout. Can anyone please help.

If you use the PDF smart service you need to build a PDF template. Mapping the off template is pretty simple step on the smart service. 
 
Warning: If the data you will use to populate the template is more than the field can handle then the field will not grow. In this case you may need to use the word doc from xml smart service, and then convert the word to PDF. But if you go this route note that not all fonts are supported.
