The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. Is anyone aware what can be the possible scenario for this error?

Since the issue is only on Prod environment, it will not be easy to do hit and trial on that environment. Also, we are not able to replicate the issue on Non-Prod environments.
Then open a support case with Appian.
