how to keep the lines of paragraph in the email body

Hi there, I have the following information in a paragraph, need to send this information in the email body. in the "send email" smart service, tried this: substitute(tostring(pv!newComments), "cha(10)", "
"), it does not work, all the informaiton are in one line in the email body. could anyone know how to do it? thanks. L

You have used char(10) in string. Doing that will check for char(10) written in the string. Removing the quotes should work.
