JMS on Cloud

Question

Hi, we need to create an integration with JMS on Cloud, being able to send messages to an external JMS Queue or Topic, and starting processes with a receive Message Event 
 This can be easily done in a OnPremise Installation, but according to the documentation, this is not supported on cloud, but most of the cases can be achieved with a plugin from the market, but in the market we only find two old smart services that are only supported in previous appian versions. 
 How can we achieve this requirement if we are working in an on Cloud instance?
