Hi All,
I am having a weird issue in executing the query entity. I have a query entity rule which returns the totalcount based on the date range(which is ideally current date/day). It is throwing error in some scenarios and testing this rule certain time, we can see the data is being populated.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi pavang5769 is field scheduled is a date time field in the database as well?
Hi Abhishek Karumuru , Yes it is a datetime field in database as well.
hi pavang5769 i think there could be some data issue in the database row for that column, could check whether there is no wrong data stored in that column in database? And also i wanted to know how many rows of data is stored in database for that table
Is the database having more data?
May be there is a possibility? pavang5769 could you check the system logs ?
Try using adddatetime() funtion for
now() - 1
Yes it has data around 5L records.
Hi, it will always be a date time in database and I cant see any other data in that column. And we may data around 4-5L records.
I think this might be the issue but check the system logs for more info.
Typically this is an indication for a timeout. You will have to speed up that query.
