Alerts

can you check whether you have checked the checkbox for custom alert setting in process.If you can also attach the screenshot of your alert setting, it will be easy for us to debug this,

Can you check the instance in which you are encountering error to check for alert settings?

I mean can you just go on the instance for which you are not getting alert and then edit that so that you can check the alert setting in that particular instance.

Should i have to select tasks while editing the alerts ??
Also,i couldn't see any alerts link if i select a particular instance...
can you upload a screenshot showing that where can this alert be edited....

@Sowjanya Varma, Can you do one thing.. create the sample process model and assign your name as "add recipient" in alert tab and encounter the process model as error and then check the alerts.
