Export SQL to excel:

Hello, I am experiencing the below error when using smart service Export SQL to EXCEl:
The following error was raised by the Export to Excel function: D:\\Appian\\_admin\\accdocs1\\12973\\1009999.xlsx (The system cannot find the file specified).
Can you please let us know what could be the issue.

@sandeepg138...If you are using any template for generating excel document please make sure that it is present in the specified folder..

If you are also using file to be overwritten then it should also be present in the folder

I verified both are done appropriately
they are saved in a folder.

If the document is generated, please check whether there is any output parameter to get the generated document?

@sandeepg138 . Could you check the file location ? Or could you attach the screenshot where you are providing document name

@sandeepg138 i think there is some issue with your File Location specified as i am able to see mention above, could you attach the Screenshot of the Smart Service , Input Tab of Data

cell Keys: A1, Cell Values: Data, Document name to create: ="Export "&rule!AIA_getNameByID(pv!ID) & " "&rule!AIA_byPlanId(pv!ProcessID) , Document_save_directory: Foldername, Excel_base_template: pv!exportdocument, include_header_row: true, JNDI name: jdbc/datasource, Sheet Number: 1, sql: query, Starting_Cell: A3
Above are the inputs in the smart service.
