 I am trying to create SAIL for images below, please help me with it :

The top one, you could probably get pretty close to that using the SideBySide Layout with two dropdowns, each of which you manually define the allowable values for (0 - 23 and 0 - 59). 
 For the weekdays - if you're required to use buttons, you can probably just use a buttonArrayLayout and manually define the buttons necessary for all your weekdays.
