Hey! my use case is when I click on a first rich text it gives me a second rich text and by clicking it I can download an excel file, but I want to reset it again to the first rich text as soon as I download a file how to do that?

There's no direct way to do this. You'd need to make an additional link (like a "close" icon for example). Appian doesn't give any way to capture the click action of a document download link as a user interaction recognized by the form.

By setting a refresh variable you could have it automatically revert in 30 seconds. Best I think we can do at this point.
