How to get tasks which are in users lists?

Hi all, 
 How do I get the all the tasks which are in users list which are active ?

Stefan's suggestion is correct. For a working example app, please check out my app market contribution: Advanced User Task Report . It includes an interface which will pull up the task list for any given user as well as some advanced tricks/funcitonality.
