I am new to Appian. I have signed up to My Community Edition Site. It's been two days I have Signed up.
It is showing message like " When your environment is available, you will receive an email with your credentials. Return here to check on your request status. ".
Anyone knows how many days it will take to create My Community Edition Site? or Do I have contact or send email to anyone for creating?
If anyone knows please let me know.

The same for me, almost 2 weeks have gone since the request was raised. Unfortunately, no timeline the support can provide
Most of the user facing this due to increase in new community site requests. Hope Appian will sort this availability issue soon
I got the access. They have taken almost 3 weeks to process the request.
I have registered with Office email and my personal email. I got access to only Office email.
Same here - merely trying to revive my instance after being on vacation for a week, it appears to be in the queue behind new instances (and who knows what-all). I know about "not looking a gift horse in the mouth" and all, but I wish this system were a bit better.
Do we know the exact number of days after which they delete the instance entirely?
I can say from experience it's about 4 weeks (that is, that amount of time of inactivity). I neglected to log in or reactivate mine between the Christmas holiday and late January and in that time (without further warning, grumble) it got deleted. I had to create a brand new one at that point.
Yeah, same here. What happens with the contents of that deleted instance. Is everything lost or is there a way to restore it by contacting the community team?
I emailed them directly as soon as I noticed, and they weren't able to recover anything from my old instance, sadly.
Can someone from Appian confirm on the resolution?
