Error at the time of resuming a User input task from Task Report

Hello everyone, 
 I have configured a Task report and use this to resume a User input task from My task list. When I resume the process from process instances then I am able to resume, but when I click on the task from My task list, it is showing " The Requested Task Is Not Available The task may have been deleted or completed by another assignee". What will be the possible solution for this error?
