Reports
Field not showing up in one environment only
Kyle Jorgensen

I am having an issue with one of my reports where one of the columns in a grid isn't showing any data. The column is generated by applying a rule to some of the data in a datasubset. It was recently promoted to our production environment after testing in both are Development and Test environments with no problems.
Oddly, when I look at the interface that the report refers to the column displays correctly, so the only place it isn't working is in the report visible in tempo in one environment. Any ideas about what might be causing this?

Hi Kylej, is this grid working for other users? my second guess is: since a!queryProcessAnalytics is based on processes, can you verify if the context processes have active instances?

The processes that the a!queryProcessAnalytics refers to are active (I've spot checked 10 or so of them) and the rule itself is working as expected.
Since this is in Production it won't be easy for me to create a new report to debug the problem since it would need to go through change control first.

I've checked with another developer, and oddly they can see some, but not all of the contents of that column in Tempo. In designer they are able to see everything correctly as well.

Could be wrong, but sounds like visibility rules/security are coming into play. Do an analysis, if you haven't already, of the set up for the two.
