Hi,
I have downloaded the agent yesterday and launched the robot manually and status of the Robot is online. After the testing is done, I have quit the robot. Today, I launched the robot again and the robot status is offline.
it is saying Resource/ nodeNotSet v9.10.1 .
If I download the agent again from operations console, its working fine. If I want to use the agent downloaded previous day, it is not working.

If you don't want the Robot Key to change, you have to check the option "Enable manual robot key rotation" in Appian RPA > Settings > Configuration > Security Policies (screenshot)
Can you check which configuration do have on that option? Also, can you confirm the name of the file where the Robot Key is stored? Thanks.
My configuration is same as what is there in the above screenshot.
And the fie name is AppianRPA.properties. And the file is present in below path.
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Appian RPA
But If I dont want to do manual robot key rotation, how should I proceed?, Is there any other way?
Ok. Now your Robot Keys are rotating automatically. You need to check the option "Enable manual robot key rotation". This way you will control when to rotate the Robot Key. Here you have the related documentation:
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/rpa-9.11/manage-robots-installation-config.html#manual-robot-key-rotation
Please let us know if this works, ok?
Hi again Sri Ram Kaja , could you please open a Support Ticket for us to investigate this specific case further? We want to analyze why it wasn't working so you wouldn't need to change your configuration.
To address the issue of your robot status showing as offline and the error "Resource/nodeNotSet v9.10.1," it's recommended to activate the robot from the host machine each day before use, instead of downloading a new agent repeatedly. Also, ensure the AppianRPA.properties file in your installation directory is consistent and not being modified or reset by system processes or settings changes.
