Location of the documents attached by used in news tab as comments

Hi All, 
 Is there any way we can find Location of the documents attached by used in news tab as comments. As well as can we access that documents from appian designer/design view.

I haven't tried this before myself, but by any chance can you try attaching something to a news post and then search for it within the /documents tab and/or the /design interface? Assuming it's even findable by that route, that could potentially reveal the location in the file system for such uploads. 
 Edit: I just gave this a try and it doesn't appear to show up in the Appian FS in any way I can find / in any of the normal folder structure. My guess is that they are stored in an area of the filesystem that's not otherwise accessible other than by the newsfeed.
