Question

Hello All, 
 Using the file upload component for file upload.  above error is coming while submitting the form. 
 Following things are verified. 
 User is having the sufficient privileges for folder, 
 Folder is document type folder only. 
 Please let me know what else can be the issue. 
 Start form or user input task, in both same error is coming

Can you please check whether you have used a!fileuploadfield() in the same form anywhere else? (maybe in form validation or in buttons) and also check whether the target parameter is defined for a!fileuploadfield() in all places. 
 This error will occur if the target parameter is not given for any of the a!fileuploadfields

Anupriya Sathyamoorthy , your correct I was using the fileupload component for some other stuff like to get the size and some validation in expression rule. If I give target over there also, it's working fine. And not uploading the file multiple times as same document id I am passing .
