Is there any way to provide task links on sites to open tasks within sites itself? I am aware about using safelink option but in iphone App it will redirect you to browser (new tab in computer)which is not good. Thanks in advance.

Have you considered setting the tasks up as part of the Page setup within Sites? Please review
forum.appian.com/.../Sites.html
and let us know if that enables you to achieve the desired outcome?

Thanks Sally, From task report page it is redirecting to sites. but we would also like to have tasks related to case (record) being listed on record dashboard. so that it will easy for users to identify tasks on case by case basis. In that case do we have any options to get task links which open within sites?

Sites is more meant for Users to complete a set simple action or task. Not all features avaialve in Tempo are available in Sites and vice-versa. If you have a complicated flow and use Related Actions in Records, you may be best to either keep that part in Tempo, or look at breaking down the Task in a different way, so the information required can be shown in Sites?

how are you planning to show the task links ? using task analytics ? if so you can use function a!processTaskLink() which takes task name and task id.

Thanks Priyanka,Will a!processTaskLink() still retain you in sites when you are clicking it from sites? My understanding is it takes you to tempo.

@raviteja, It wont take you to Tempo interface. It will remain in Sites interface only.
