Thanks In Advance.
Hello, can you please share an example snippet of the template you are using which is causing the error? Do you happen to know which section is being parsed as XPath?
Hi Team, we are using 1.0.13 version. Seeing the following problem since after upgrading to 24,2 version.
“Please contact a system administrator for assistance. freemarker.template.TemplateModelException: No XPath support is available (add Apache Xalan or Jaxen as dependency). This is either malformed, or an XPath expression: ./”
Even after upgrading the plugin to 1.1.1, getting same error.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
DOCX from a DOCX Template smart service is working for our Appian cloud environments after upgrading to the latest version (1.1.1) of this plug-in. We had issues with 1.0.7 after upgrading to v24.2.

Hello Team,
we are using 1.0.8 and want to upgrade appian 24.2 version in my cloud based instance , is there any issue if we migrate to 24.2 version?
So the plugin that is currently working for your environment is different from the version that is downloadable from the community? How did you manage to install it? Are you in cloud or on premise?
For now we fixed by updating existing plugin with updating the Free Marker Jar with required version.
Hello gauravl7665 , I asked our partner to test this plugin in their environment that is running Appian 24.2 . The latest plugin version 1.1.1 seems to be working in their environment. What plugin version are you trying to run in your 24.2 environment?
Have you received any feedback on your question or were you able to solve this? We are struggling with the same issue! Thanks
