The Universal Identity Copilot addresses the critical need for accurate, automated identity verification across global operations. Organizations handling onboarding, KYC, compliance, HR, finance, or access management often process diverse government-issued IDs (passports, driver licenses, national IDs, Aadhaar, SSN cards, residence permits, etc.) from multiple countries. This AI skill automates PII extraction, document type detection, country-specific format validation, expiry checks, and fraud detection with confidence scoring, ensuring faster, reliable, and auditable identity verification. Optional selfie verification enables 1:1 face matching for additional security. It is particularly useful in industries like banking, insurance, fintech, travel, HR, and government services, where compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ICAO for passports, UIDAI for Aadhaar) is mandatory, and accurate identification is critical.

• Global ID Support: Automatically detects and processes passports, driver licenses, national IDs, residence permits, Aadhaar, PAN, SSN cards, and other government-issued IDs from any country.
• Automated PII Extraction: Extracts structured personal data—full name, date of birth, address, ID number, gender, issuing authority, expiry date, and more—directly from images, multi-page PDFs, or scanned documents.
• Document Classification & Country Detection: Identifies document type and country of issue, provides top confidence guesses if ambiguous.
