Virtual Meeting / Video Conferencing is becoming a key channel where businesses in various industries interact with their customers. Video is less expensive to both customer and business provider than meeting in person, yet more effective than phone calls in situations where eye contact can close a deal, or when a service provider needs to see something – such as pre/sales team engagement with Customer/Partners , Doctor examining a patient's health, HR/Interviewer evaluates the candidates etc.
The "Engage Intelligently" utility built on the Appian Low-Code Platform provides for the efficient use of scheduled/instant meeting setup for an organization. Capability includes schedule meetings, reschedule or cancel meetings and provides metrics on historic data events. Outlook/Gmail (G-Suite) notifications along with the chosen meeting platform meeting link will be mailed once a meeting is scheduled.
