Additionally, the utility creates a no-code forms designer, empowering business admins to customize surveys for users to respond directly from their applications (quarterly reporting, usability studies, ROI metrics, application quality, and more). Business users also benefit from submitting ad-hoc feedback to report issues or request enhancements without leaving their workspaces for another site or application.
