Get All Knowledge Centers

This plug-in provides

• Ability to pick a knowledge center as root for the document/folder browser components
• Existing smart services like deleteKnowledgecenter and editKnowledgeCenterProperties can operate on KnowledgeCenters dynamically as we can obtain current existing KCs
• Same as above for folders functions and services
  • moveFolder() requires a destination KC which can be obtained dynamically
  • getAllKC: Returns a list of all existing Knowledge Centers
