Can you please provide details regarding How to update the JsonParsorFactory class as it is business critical issue and we have to fix it as soon as possible.

1. The plugin contains the source code - I don't have any details on your error so not sure how I can help.
2. The case is still being worked on, based on the details, I don't think this is a plugin problem. I would continue working with Appian Support to identify the problem.
