SMS and TTS with Nexmo

Overview

Uses the Nexmo REST API services to send SMS messages to cellphones and TTS (Text to Speech/Voice Calls) messages to phones or cellphones.  

To use the utility:

• Create an account at https://www.nexmo.com
• Set the Key and Secret codes that are provided once you have an account
