Twilio Utilities

Send SMS messages and make phone calls from an Appian application using the Twilio service.  

This app package contains smart services that can be used to enhance the communications capabilities of your applications. You can send an SMS message or place an outbound phone call in process, powered by Twilio. For phone calls, a Get Call Data server is available for retrieving details of your phone calls after they have been completed, including duration, start time, end time and status.

Note: A Twilio account is required. Fees apply per message sent, minutes of phone call time placed, and registration of phone calls.
