Overview

Vaccine Validation Solution allows employers to have better insight into the vaccination status of their employees. A standardized set of checks are applied consistently to all employees, ensuring fair and equal validation of COVID-19 Vaccination Records.

Key Features & Functionality


Employees can upload a photo their vaccination record using the intuitive mobile interface. Once uploaded, details from an employee’s card are automatically captured using Appian Intelligent Document Processing to streamline the process for validating vaccination records. After the information has been parsed using IDP, the vaccination cards are checked following industry best practices to detect common signs of forgery, including invalid lot numbers, and expired doses, through Robotic Process Automation. Results of the checks are viewable on the employee's dashboard, with insights into the reason why an employee’s card has been flagged.
