With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, speed, accuracy, and automation of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process are highly essential and are at the forefront for distribution of the vaccines.

Despite the urgent need, pharmaceuticals must be compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) established by the FDA. Streamlining this process through digital automation will enable the pharma industry to save valuable time by eliminating manual tracking.

WHAT IT DOES

DAPHME automates the manual tracking of the batch manufacturing process for the pharma industry. This centralizes the product batch records for easy retrieval, review, and auditing of the process.

DAPHME allows the definition of the workflow for pharma manufacturing process, from which batches are started and tasks are created.

DAPHME also enables the administration of reference data used throughout the process building.

Reports are available for batch statuses and drill down information for individual batch records.
