Your one stop shop for Digital Automation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Execution process.


INSPIRATION
With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, speed, accuracy, and automation of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process are highly essential and are at the forefront for distribution of the vaccines.
Despite the urgent need, pharmaceuticals must be compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) established by the FDA. Streamlining this process through digital automation will enable the pharma industry to save valuable time by eliminating manual tracking.

WHAT IT DOES
DAPHME automates the manual tracking of the batch manufacturing process for the pharma industry. This centralizes the product batch records for easy retrieval, review, and auditing of the process.
DAPHME allows the definition of the workflow for pharma manufacturing process, from which batches are started and tasks are created.
DAPHME also enables the administration of reference data used throughout the process building.
Reports are available for batch statuses and drill down information for individual batch records.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS THAT WE'RE PROUD OF
This application can be used by any pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with little to no modification as the entire product manufacturing process is built and executed within the application.

WHAT'S NEXT
Enhancing the application by integrating with inventory systems containing the raw materials and equipment used throughout the process.
Another step to take is connecting DAPHME to distribution and logistics systems to provide the batch statuses and ETA.
