This solution enhances patient engagement and is powered by integrations to leading third party health services that are seamlessly woven into the care delivery workflow.



Ignyte has focused on the Digital transformation of the health care industry since our inception almost 7 years ago.  We were inspired by the rich ecosystem of API‚Äôs available in the healthcare space and see an opportunity in the market to better connect these to the overall care delivery workflow to improve patient engagement and chronic condition management.  Furthermore, we at Ignyte want to help do our part to help mitigate the inequity in the overall health for our nation‚Äôs poor and minority communities.
To address this, we developed an Appian-based solution that improves the end to end patient engagement lifecycle and integrates a proven bank of NIH PROMIS questionnaires to capture Patient Reported Outcomes, enables remote patient monitoring with connected health devices, enhances Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration  with Appian Record Sync (powered by HL7 FHIR standards), provides access to medical ridesharing providers (RoundTrip) and social care networks (Aunt Bertha), as well as the ability integrate patient satisfaction metrics with leading experience management platforms like Qualtrics and Medallia.
The key features of our solution became self-evident from the challenges in the healthcare market today. However, our team had to dig deep and go through many iterations of journey mapping to determine the optimal method to weave these capabilities into a seamless care delivery workflow for patients and providers. Our Appian team’s diverse skill-sets in user experience, public health analysts, and management consulting DNA helped us to power through these challenges to develop a solution we are proud of and excited to bring to the market.
