A marketplace for practitioners to provide services and subscribers can choose and subscribe to the services.


Over the past couple of years we have seen significant increase in online training and subscriber engagement. Pandemic has dramatically increased the number of online trainers and coaches globally, everyday we see new entrepreneurs emerging from very remote locations, bringing in their own expertise and techniques , this sharing if information and engagement model has seen deeper engagement with trainees. Our solution provides the digital head start trainers.
 
The platform combined the power of bpm, IDP, video and text integrations providing a seamless experience for the trainer and trainee.
 
Here are some of the Key features —
1. Automated on-boarding using combination of email reading and text extraction using Appian IDP (21.1) .
2. Generating user agreement documents and e-sign using DocuSign integration.
3. Trainees and trainer on-boarding workflow automation
4. Dynamic questions based on the training streams (scope to enhance the feature further using AI) 
5. Conducting virtual trainings via Video Calls from Appian. This is done using the Temasys Skylink Real-Time Communications Component

6. Text alerts to users (Integration with Twilio)
7. Modern user experience leveraging Appian UI framework
8. Developed dynamic calendar functionality purely in Appian UI framework
