Create users upon login

Basically what is the access you are looking to have for the users, if the users are expecting as tempo users then you can add them into application users group.

@harshav - simplified, our requirement is, whoever is created in this fashion should be able to work on a specific Application. So, in order to expose this Application to the right group of users, we need to know the group where Appian puts the users it creates on-the-fly. If this group is something we can specify (though don't see anything in the documentation on the same), it is even better.
