Different message after Account is locked

Is there any way through which we can notify the Users after certain number of failures that their Account has been locked & they need to contact Administrator? Right now, even when their Account is locked, they just see invalid Username/Password message.
Thanks In Adavance

@rishub i don't think there is any way to do that, the only thing which we can do is, the system administrator can configure for how long the accounts needs to be locked.

@Aloks176, Thanks for confirming but I guess that should be a part of any normal login failure screen.
